Our path began in 2012 when Adam Morris collaborated with longtime friends and colleagues Chris Shablak & Ed Beaulieu to bring Seattle company West Coast Careers to Portland, OR. Our vision was to become true experts within our niche market; to primarily focus on sales recruiting, and to carefully discern top talent for our clients. The market proved ready for this approach, and West Coast Careers found immediate success in the unique Portland business community.
4 years later in 2016, Patrick Ortman joined Adam Morris in launching a second recruiting agency- this time in Phoenix under the name SalesFirst Recruiting. Now, in 2017 after a fantastic 5 year relationship with our sister company West Coast Careers, Portland has combined resources with Phoenix and re-branded to SalesFirst Recruiting in order to better serve our clients and provide an outstanding, unmatched value. We will continue to build upon our rich foundation of success: Staying true to our core competencies while adapting to an ever-changing marketplace.
