Compensation

At SalesFirst Recruiting, we foster a culture of transparency where everyone has a clear understanding of their earning potential and the path to advancement. Here's a glimpse into our compensation structure:

  • Recruiting Coordinators and Junior Professionals: Accept a $50,000 base salary coupled with modest commissions as you train for your first promotion to Recruiter.

  • Sales Recruiters: Enjoy a $50,000 base salary alongside commissions & bonuses, typically reaching $75,000 - $80,000 in your first year as a recruiter.

  • Lead Recruiters: Receive a pay bump to a $55,000 base salary to earn between $105,000 - $130,000+.

  • Senior Recruiters: $65,000 base, alongside commissions and bonuses, commonly leading to earnings of $125,000 - $150,000+.

 
Retirement at SalesFirst

Retirement

SalesFirst Recruiting provides its employees with 401k and up to a 4% match. Matched funds are fully vested immediately.

 
Healthcare Insurance at SalesFirst

Healthcare

SalesFirst Recruiting employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance the first of the month after 30 days of employment. The options and costs will vary from year to year, and will differ slightly by state, but the company selects plans that best match the needs of its employees. Family members are also eligible for benefits but typically at full cost.

 
Time off at SalesFirst Recruiting

Time Off

Employees start their careers here with 15 days of PTO and may carry some PTO from year-to-year. After 4 years here, PTO increases to 20 days.

We also observe New Years Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, and Christmas Eve.
