  • SalesFirst Recruiting offers direct hire recruiting, contract staffing, and temp-to-hire services.

    We almost always recommend direct hire for sales professionals and leaders, and we’ll help you pick the right service when hiring for sales support or marketing professionals.

  • First and foremost, our service is free to candidates. We charge employers for our services.

    For our traditional Direct Hire service, SalesFirst charges a one-time fee to employers who hire our referred candidates. Our fees range from 20% - 30% of guaranteed income, with 25% being the most common.

    For clients who select our retained search service, SalesFirst charges a 30% down payment of the expected fee, and then recovers the balance upon successfully placing a candidate.

    For contract staffing and temp-to-hire, we pay candidates on our own payroll and then charge an hourly rate to our employer clients.

  • Even the very best companies sometimes need help from a small group of experts. We are often asked to help companies fine-tune their interview process, build competitive comp plans, and get each department in the company on the same page for communicating properly with candidates.

    The vast majority of our advice is free, and we also offer paid workshops.

  • We are generally open Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. And recruiters tend to work flexible hours to make themselves available to candidates and clients.
